Day-1 : Arrival and Transfer to Gangtok (135kms / Approx. 5 hrs.)

Our representative will greet the guests at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP), Bagdogra Airport (IXB), or Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand (Junction) and assist with the transfer to Gangtok. Located at an altitude of 1670 meters (5480 feet), Gangtok, the capital of Sikkim, is a perfect blend of tranquility and adventure. Known for its monasteries, mystic rituals, and vibrant festivals, it is one of India's most popular destinations. The town is renowned for its beautiful landscapes, with abundant Rhododendrons, Orchids, and butterflies. The 135-kilometer drive takes approximately 4.5 to 5 hours. Upon arrival, check into the hotel. In the evening, you have free time to explore M.G. Road (Mall) or the local shopping center.Overnight stay at the hotel in Gangtok.

Day-2 : Gangtok - Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir (Full Day) (40kms / Approx. 2 hrs.)

After a delicious breakfast at the hotel, embark on an excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir, located about 40 kilometers away, with a 2-hour drive through the Kyongnosla Alpine Sanctuary. This sanctuary is home to the red panda and blood pheasant, with Rhododendrons and other alpine trees lining the route. Situated at an altitude of 3753 meters (12310 feet), Tsomgo Lake is an oval-shaped lake, approximately 50 feet deep, and remains covered in snow for most of the year. The lake is home to Brahmini ducks and various migratory birds. Close by, visit the sacred Baba Mandir, a highly revered site. The optional excursion to Nathu La Pass, just 20 kilometers away, leads to the Republic of China. After the tour, return to Gangtok and spend the evening at leisure, exploring M.G. Road (Mall) or the local shopping center.Overnight stay at the hotel in Gangtok.(In case of landslides or other disruptions, if Tsomgo Lake is closed, an alternative sightseeing tour will be provided.)

Day-3 : Gangtok to Pelling –Via Namchi & Ravangla

After breakfast, transfer to Pelling, passing through the picturesque towns of Namchi and Ravangla. Upon arrival, enjoy a sightseeing tour that includes the famous Char Dham and Buddha Park. On clear days, guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the Himalayan range, with snow-capped peaks such as Mount Pandim, Kumbhakarna, Rathong, Khangchendzonga, Zopuno, Shimbho, Narsing, and Sinolchu. Pelling is known for its exotic landscapes, rich in Rhododendrons, Orchids, historical sites, and scenic trekking routes. The town's botanical and zoological diversity is remarkable, and the panoramic view of the Kanchendzonga ranges from the ridge is truly mesmerizing. Nearby attractions include Yuksom, Ravangla, Rinchenpong, and Namchi. After sightseeing, check into your hotel and spend the evening exploring this charming settlement at your leisure.Overnight stay at the hotel in Pelling.

Day-4 : Pelling Local sightseeing (Full Day) With Sky Walker

After breakfast at the hotel, embark on a full-day sightseeing tour of Pelling. The scenic drive takes you through forested routes, with inspiring botanical and zoological diversity. Visit Rimbi Waterfalls and the Rimbi Rock Garden, followed by Kechopalri Lake, a sacred Buddhist lake believed to grant wishes. According to local legend, when a leaf falls on the calm surface of the lake, a bird immediately picks it up, keeping the water always clear of leaves. Continue to Kechopalri Monastery, Pemayangtse Monastery, and the Rabdantse Ruins. From the top of the ruins, enjoy a stunning view of the Kanchendzonga ranges, a sight to treasure. Return to the hotel, and in the evening, enjoy some leisure time exploring the nearby helipad or shopping center.Overnight stay at the hotel in Pelling.

Day-5 : Pelling to Darjeeling (135 Kms / Approx. 4 hrs.)

After breakfast at the hotel, embark on your journey to Darjeeling. The scenic drive, passing through Gyalsing and Jorethang, covers approximately 135 kilometers and takes around 3 to 3.5 hours. Located at an elevation of 2123 meters (7001 feet), Darjeeling, known as the "Queen of the Hills," is famous for its breathtaking beauty, sloping tea gardens, and stunning views of Mount Everest. The town is home to renowned international schools and several iconic sites, including the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, and the historic Darjeeling Himalayan Railway, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure.Overnight stay at the hotel in Darjeeling.

Day-6 : Darjeeling Local Sightseeing (Half Day)

Early in the morning, around 3:45 AM, drive through oak and magnolia forests to reach Tiger Hill at 8000 feet (2440 meters) for a spectacular sunrise over the Kanchendzonga Peak (weather permitting). On the way back, visit the Ghoom Monastery, Peace Memorial, and Batasia Loop. Return to the hotel for breakfast and relax for a short while. Afterward, embark on a half-day city tour, visiting key attractions such as the Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (closed on Thursdays), Ropeway, Tensing Gumpo Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self Help Center (closed on Sundays), Tea Estate, Natural History Museum (closed on Sundays), and Peace Pagoda. After the tour, return to the hotel and enjoy the evening free for a stroll around the area.Overnight stay at the hotel in Darjeeling.

Day-7 : Departure

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin your journey to Siliguri, New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP), Bagdogra Airport (IXB), or Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand (Junction). The drive takes approximately 3 ½ to 4 hours, covering a distance of around 105 kilometers. Upon arrival, proceed with your onward journey.

50% Tour Cost 59 – 45 days prior to travel date

75% Tour Cost 45 – 30 days prior to travel date

100% Tour Cost 30 days prior to travel date

All Prices are based on minimum of 20 People travelling together. Any change in Pax counts will have price increase / change departure date / change of destination.

Cancellation Policy

Initial amount of INR 15,000 is non-refundable at any point post booking

50% of Total Tour Cost Between 59 – 45 Days

75% Tour Cost 45 – 30 days prior to travel date

100% Tour Cost 30 days prior to travel date

Silver Flywings holds the right to change the Airline, Travel Date (any point of time before the Departure of the Tour; alternate options will be advised in case this happens)

The third person sharing the room to be provided with an additional mattress or a rollaway bed

Hotel standard check-in time 1400 hours, early check-in will be subject to availability.

Check-out time at the hotel is 1200 hours (If your flight is in the evening, we request you to deposit your luggage at the hotel Lobby and leave your room before the check-out time)

The travel tour components mentioned here are subject to change at last minute variation that may occur due to factors beyond control of the Silver fly wings.

The cost is based on current government and airline taxes and any increase in the same in future will be collected as per actual

Any damages caused to the hotel rooms/coach during your stay shall be borne by the concerned ∙ Passengers.

The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers

Silver fly wings shall not be responsible for any Loss of Baggage / Loss of Belongings / Broken Baggage at Airport or anywhere else.

Flight timings are to be kept into consideration while reaching to the airport. Silver fly wings shall not be responsible for any incidence where client is not able to reach airport / Board the flight due to any reason of personal nature, Insufficient time duration in connecting flights or any other reason related with airline’s governance like – Delay in Flight, Change in timing / Overbooking by Airline or any other factor.

There are some monuments/areas, restricted for Vehicle entrance by the local authorities. In any such case, Vehicle will drop you till the nearest possible point and further arrangements will have to be managed by Client.

Any entrance fees, monument fees or any other activity charges, including but not limited to charges in relation to parking, transportation, tolls, taxes, camping, admission, meals etc. will not be included in the package until and unless so specified specially in inclusion section.

The above package may not be available with displayed price during Long Week- ends, National Holidays and Regional festivals. There is a probability of difference in cost, which will be specified at the time of communication.

The rates are subject to availability of hotel accommodation and sightseeing tours at the time of booking. We reserve the right to use an alternate hotel accommodation of an equal or higher standard. If we source a more expensive alternative, we reserve the right to re-quote based on the higher rates.

No refunds either in part or in full will be made for any unutilized service.

Sightseeing tours are strictly based on weather conditions and local service providers have the right to cancel the sightseeing tours without prior notice.

Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Bookings once confirmed are subject to cancellation charges which shall be advised at that time.

The rates are not valid on black-out dates

Certain sightseeing and excursions may change the schedule due to availability and reservation times of the entrances, traffic situation, weather conditions etc. Certain sightseeing and excursions may not operate on public holidays.

The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.

All Hotels do not have tea/coffee making facility in room. The same differs hotel to Hotel and city to city.

Booking amount per person is non-refundable deposit

Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, flood, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc to be paid by the client, which is directly payable on the spot.

Any increase intaxes orfuel price, leading to increase incost on surface transportation&land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure to be paid by guests

Package cost at quotation level is based on real time available seats. There may be a change in price depending upon the Occupancy level at the time of confirmation of Package. Any such change will be specified accordingly. We will not hold any services on confirmed basis until written acknowledgement from Client.

Cancellation policy is in line with the payment policy. The company cannot assume responsibility for any additional cost or any fees relating to the issuance and /or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangement not done through the company. The company reserves the rights to forfeit the booking deposit and any other actual expenses over and above booking deposit in case of any cancellation, including visa rejection.

Please Note: We do not have any direct control over third party services such as the Airline. In case of any Toll last minute flight cancellation or reschedule, we do not have any liability or responsibility for any financial, emotional or physical impact arising out of any cancellation or delay in these services. We, in our bestintent, will advise you and help you in such situations, however we cannot be held responsible in such conditions. In case of any connecting flights being effected due to a cancellation of the airline, we will liaison with the airline to provide you with the best suggested option, however if there are any charges applied by the airline, the customer will be responsible to clear the same.
