Itinerary
Your Himachal adventure begins with a pickup from Delhi Airport or Railway Station, followed by a scenic drive to Shimla. Upon arrival, check in to your pre-booked hotel and relax. Known as the "Queen of Hills," Shimla is celebrated for its breathtaking landscapes and colonial architecture, preserving its charm from the days of British India. Enjoy dinner and settle in for an overnight stay at the hotel in Shimla.
After breakfast, set out for Kufri, located 22 km from Shimla. Kufri is a year-round destination, offering snow-filled adventures in winter and vibrant, flower-strewn meadows in summer. Enjoy attractions like the Himalayan Wildlife Zoo and Kufri Fun Park (entry and activities at your own expense). After exploring Kufri, return to Shimla for a city tour. Visit the Indian Institute of Advanced Study, then take a walking tour covering The Mall, Scandal Point, Ridge, Gaiety Theatre, Heritage Museum, Lakkar Bazaar, Rani Jhansi Park, and Christ Church. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Shimla
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and set off for Manali. Enroute, enjoy scenic stops at Vaishno Devi Temple, Hanogi Mata Temple, Pandoh Dam, and Sundar Nagar Lake. Near Kullu, visit local Pashmina shawl showrooms and, if conditions allow, experience the thrill of white-water river rafting (at your own expense). Upon arrival in Manali, check into your hotel for an overnight stay in Manali.
After freshening up, embark on a local sightseeing tour of Manali. Begin with a visit to the Hadimba Devi Temple and Ghatotkacha Temple, dedicated to Mata Hadimba, one of the most revered deities in Himachal, and her son Ghatotkacha. Next, head to the Clubhouse, where you can enjoy various recreational activities like skating, disco, zip-lining, and table tennis. Later, relax in the therapeutic hot springs of Vashisht, known for their medicinal properties, and visit the nearby temples dedicated to Lord Shiva and Lord Rama. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Manali.
After breakfast, prepare for a day filled with adventure! Head to Solang Valley, located 15 km from Manali. Whether in summer or winter, this valley captivates visitors with its natural beauty—lush greenery in the summer and magical snowfall in winter. Solang Valley is also a premier spot for adventure activities, offering something for thrill-seekers year-round. Winter Advisory: During snowfall, access to Solang Valley will depend on weather and road conditions. If the route is inaccessible, sightseeing will be provided up to the Barrier Point. Enjoy the adventure and return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Manali.
After checking out from the hotel, begin your return journey to Chandigarh. Enroute, enjoy a visit to the Pashmina shawl showrooms in Kullu and, if you wish, try white-water river rafting once more. Along the way, you’ll also pass by Vaishno Devi Temple, Hanogi Mata Temple, Pandoh Dam, and Sundar Nagar Lake. Upon arrival in Chandigarh, India’s first planned city, famously known as “The City Beautiful,” check into your hotel. Enjoy a delicious dinner followed by an overnight stay at the hotel in Chandigarh.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin the day with a visit to the Rock Garden, a fascinating space crafted from industrial and household waste, featuring waterfalls, plazas, and unique sculptures. Next, we’ll head to Sukhna Lake, an artificial lake built in 1958, where you can enjoy boating (at your own expense) or simply take a leisurely walk along the lake’s edge. Our final stop will be the Rose Garden, a beautiful botanical garden home to a variety of roses and medicinal plants. Later, we’ll depart for Delhi, concluding our journey at the Delhi Railway Station or Airport, leaving you with cherished memories to treasure.
