Day-1: HANOI ARRIVAL – CITY TOUR

Welcome to Hanoi! - the capital of Vietnam, is a bustling metropolis with a rich history and culture.We will pick you up at Noi Bai Airport and transfer you to the city center. You will have free time to relax after a long flight. In the afternoon, we will visit Ba Dinh Square, the largest square in Hanoi. This is where all of the city's biggest cultural and political events take place. We will take some photos of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum from the outside. Then we continued to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam's first university. The temple was built in 1070, and the gardens and well-preserved architecture offer a relaxing glimpse into Vietnam's past.After visiting the temple, we will walk around Hoan Kiem Lake, a picturesque lake in the heart of Hanoi. The lake is home to a number of temples and pagodas, and it is a popular spot for locals and tourists alike. We will then take a leisurely walk around the Old Quarter of Hanoi, a fascinating network of narrow alleys and shophouses. The Old Quarter is also known as "The 36 Streets," as each street is named after the merchandise that was traditionally sold there.Overnight stay at HanoiPlease note: Normal check-in time at the hotel is 14:00/15:00. Day-2: HANOI – DCAR LIMOUSINE BUS TO SAPA - CAT CAT VILLAGE – SHUTTLE BUS

After breakfast and checking out of our hotel, we'll be picked up by bus at your hotel in the Old Quarters area at 07:00- 07:30 am and depart from Hanoi for the mountain town of Sapa (Bus ticket included). The drive will take us around 5.5 hours, but the scenery along the way is sure to be breathtaking. We'll pass through lush green hills, towering mountains, and traditional villages. When we arrive in Sapa, leave your heavy luggage at the hotel and time for lunch at your own arrangement. Check in the hotel. This afternoon, we will visit Cat Cat village, a Black H'mong village located at the foot of Fansipan Peak. We'll trek down to the valley to the waterfall where the French built a Hydraulic Power Station. Our guide will tell us about the local culture and daily life as we explore the village. In the evening, it’s your free time for shopping and walking around Sapa night market. Day-3: SAPA – LOVE WATERFALL - FANSIPAN MOUNTAIN

After breakfast, we'll transfer to Love Waterfall, one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Sapa. The path to the waterfall is a zigzag of red soil, lined with fragrant flowers. As we hike, we'll be treated to stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. When we reach the waterfall, we'll be amazed by its beauty. The water cascades down from a height of nearly 100 meters, creating a thunderous roar. The mist from the waterfall creates a magical atmosphere, and we'll feel like we're in a different world. The Love Waterfall is a beautiful and romantic place, and it's the perfect place to learn about the legend of love. Later in the day, we'll drive to Sun Plaza Sapa Station to take the Muong Hoa Mountain Train. This train is a unique way to see the stunning scenery of the Muong Hoa Valley. As we ride, we'll be treated to views of forested mountains, terraced rice paddies, and blue skies buffered by thick white clouds. Upon arrival at the Fansipan Legend Cable Car Station, we take the cable car ride. This system has been recognized with 02 world records – the most extended three-line cable car system in the world (6292.5 meters) in 2016, and it offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains. We'll ride up to an altitude of 2,800 meters, and then we'll take a short hike to the peak of Fansipan, the Roof of Indochina. At the top of Fansipan, we'll visit the spiritual cultural complex, which is home to many Buddha statues. We'll also take some time to enjoy the panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. After that, we'll take the cable car back down to the valley, and drive back to hotel.Overnight stay at SapaMeal: Breakfast

Day-4: SAPA – MORNING FREE AT LEISURE – AFTERNOON DCAR LIMOUSINE BUS TO HANOI

Breakfast at the hotel. This morning you are free at leisure or shopping on your own at Sapa market. Check out from your hotel. After that, pick up by shuttle bus around 02:00pm to drive back to Hanoi (Bus ticket included). Check in at the hotel. Your time at leisure.Overnight stay at HanoiMeal: Breakfast

Day-5: HANOI - HALONG BAY – OVERNIGHT ON CRUISE – SHUTTLE BUS

Breakfast at the hotel, then check out. At 08:30 - 09:00 am, you will be picked up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarters and transferred to HaLong Bay, the pride of the Gulf of Tonkin, a Natural World Heritage as recognized by UNESCO in 1994 and 2006. Upon arrival at the Cruise Port, you will enjoy a warm welcome from cruise staff and complete the check-in procedure for the overnight cruise to discover the magnificent beauty of this "Descending Dragon" bay, created by thousands of odd-shaped limestone rocks and karst grottoes. After a lunch on board, we can visit the Grottos, stop for swimming or kayaking, pass floating houses, and approach islets to enjoy their beauty in close proximity. Later in the afternoon, go back to the cruise and enjoy the cooking demonstration before having dinner. In the evening, attend activities on the boat or relax at your own leisure.Overnight stay at cruiseMeals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Please note: The guest will self-transfer to the pick-up point in the Old Quarter, address is provided upon booking confirmation. Day-6: HALONG – HANOI – SHUTTLE BUS

You should wake up early to enjoy the dawn on the sea in the early morning. The Vietnamese call the "East Sea" by a point-oriented name "Eastern Sea", so you may guess how miraculous seeing the sunrise over the islets of the Bay. After breakfast our boat will continue to cruise in marvelous areas, where almost each islet has its own name, adopting its shape or reminiscent like Sail Island, Fisherman’s head rock, Butterfly rock or Turtle islet etc. Check out your room and have brunch on board while the cruise comes back to the pier. Disembark from the cruise, transfer back to Hanoi. Check in at the hotel. Your time at leisure.Overnight stay at HanoiMeals: Breakfast & Brunch on board

Day-7: DEPARTURE HANOI | FLY BACK HOME

Breakfast at the hotel. Time at leisure until check-out, and transfer to the airport with a driver only (no guide) for the departure flight back to your sweet home.Please ensure to complete your check-out formalities:

Arrange for your baggage pick-up from your rooms.
Return your keys at the check-out desk.
Settle your extras bill and take a receipt of the same.

Silver fly wings shall not be responsible for any Loss of Baggage / Loss of Belongings / Broken Baggage at Airport or anywhere else.

Flight timings are to be kept into consideration while reaching to the airport. Silver fly wings shall not be responsible for any incidence where client is not able to reach airport / Board the flight due to any reason of personal nature, Insufficient time duration in connecting flights or any other reason related with airline’s governance like – Delay in Flight, Change in timing / Overbooking by Airline or any other factor.

There are some monuments/areas, restricted for Vehicle entrance by the local authorities. In any such case, Vehicle will drop you till the nearest possible point and further arrangements will have to be managed by Client.

Any entrance fees, monument fees or any other activity charges, including but not limited to charges in relation to parking, transportation, tolls, taxes, camping, admission, meals etc. will not be included in the package until and unless so specified specially in inclusion section.

The above package may not be available with displayed price during Long Week- ends, National Holidays and Regional festivals. There is a probability of difference in cost, which will be specified at the time of communication.

The rates are subject to availability of hotel accommodation and sightseeing tours at the time of booking. We reserve the right to use an alternate hotel accommodation of an equal or higher standard. If we source a more expensive alternative, we reserve the right to re-quote based on the higher rates.

No refunds either in part or in full will be made for any unutilized service.

Sightseeing tours are strictly based on weather conditions and local service providers have the right to cancel the sightseeing tours without prior notice.

Bookings once confirmed are subject to cancellation charges which shall be advised at that time.

The rates are not valid on black-out dates

Certain sightseeing and excursions may change the schedule due to availability and reservation times of the entrances, traffic situation, weather conditions etc. Certain sightseeing and excursions may not operate on public holidays.

The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.

All Hotels do not have tea/coffee making facility in room. The same differs hotel to Hotel and city to city.

Booking amount per person is non-refundable deposit

Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, flood, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc to be paid by the client, which is directly payable on the spot.

Any increase intaxes orfuel price, leading to increase incost on surface transportation&land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure to be paid by guests

Package cost at quotation level is based on real time available seats. There may be a change in price depending upon the Occupancy level at the time of confirmation of Package. Any such change will be specified accordingly. We will not hold any services on confirmed basis until written acknowledgement from Client.

Cancellation policy is in line with the payment policy. The company cannot assume responsibility for any additional cost or any fees relating to the issuance and /or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangement not done through the company. The company reserves the rights to forfeit the booking deposit and any other actual expenses over and above booking deposit in case of any cancellation, including visa rejection.

Please Note: We do not have any direct control over third party services such as the Airline. In case of any Toll last minute flight cancellation or reschedule, we do not have any liability or responsibility for any financial, emotional or physical impact arising out of any cancellation or delay in these services. We, in our bestintent, will advise you and help you in such situations, however we cannot be held responsible in such conditions. In case of any connecting flights being effected due to a cancellation of the airline, we will liaison with the airline to provide you with the best suggested option, however if there are any charges applied by the airline, the customer will be responsible to clear the same.
