Itinerary

1
Day 1- Sydney

Scheduled tour guests, ‘Mumbai to Mumbai’ will report at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Mumbai, as per the respective flight departure time to proceed to Sydney – largest city of Australia situated on the coast between Blue Mountains and Tasman Sea, also listed as one of the world’s most liveable city.
Upon arrival at the airport, our Veena World Tour Manager will guide all guests with airport formalities and lead the way to Sydney city.
Scheduled tour guests, joining from other Indian metro cities such as Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Delhi, etc., will travel independently as per their respective flight booked by Veena World. Upon arrival, Veena World Tour Manager will meet these guests at the airport and guide them with airport formalities and lead the way into the city. Veena World Travel consultant will provide more information and guidance of the same.

Joining and Leaving (J&L) tour guests will join the group on their own at the first destination as per the information and guidance given by the Veena World Travel consultant.
J&L guests should book their to and fro air tickets as per the arrival and departure time of the scheduled tour flight to get the airport transfers with the group.

In case of early arrival or early departure the transfer charges to reach the designated place or hotel will be borne by the J&L guests.
(Kindly note that the standard hotel check-in time is typically at 15:00 hrs onwards but may vary depending on the hotel's policy.)
Today we visit to Sydney Tower Observatory deck which gives an unobstructed 360 degree views over the landmarks including Sydney Harbour Bridge and Circular Quay.
In the evening, all Veena World Tour guests will have a short Meet & Greet session.

Day 2-Sydney

The day begins with a soak in Sydney’s pleasant weather. We head to Sydney’s most exciting location, Darling Harbour, which is a splendid waterside location at the heart of Sydney, reserved only for pedestrians. Here we visit the Sydney Sea Life Aquarium, wherein you can get up close with sharks, rays, turtles, jellyfish, and much other exotic underwater life. Followed by visit to the Sydney Opera House, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the world's most iconic landmarks with a unique shape. Get to know this iconic building in a better way as you take a guided tour inside, walk through its every aspect and marvel at the vaulted ceilings.
We then drive through and take a photo stop near the Sydney Harbour Bridge – one of the largest steel arch bridges. Later we embark on the Sydney Harbour Cruise. Let’s make our way across the harbour on board this spectacular cruise and marvel at the amazing vistas of Sydney’s skyline and Harbour Bridge.
Then we stroll around Bondi Beach – Sydney’s iconic beach.

Day 3-Sydney – Brisbane – Gold Coast

Today we fly to Brisbane – capital of Queensland, is a large city on the Brisbane River. Upon arrival, we explore Brisbane city, we see South Bank Waterfront - cultural, social, educational and recreational precinct and Town Hall – One of the finest building in Brisbane built in an Italian Renaissance architectural style. Later we proceed to Gold Coast – major tourist destination on Queensland Coast famous for sunny subtropical climate and widely known for its surfing beaches, high rise dominated skyline, theme parks, night life and rainforest hinterland. Here experience the thrills, splashes, and spins as we embark on a jet boat ride while enjoying the breeze and the landmarks.

Day 4-Gold Coast

Today we explore Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary – a heritage listed sanctuary and a home to the world’s largest collection of Australian native animals and birds, especially for huge flocks of wild Rainbow Lorikeet birds, Koalas and Kangaroos.

Now, it’s time to visit Sea World Gold Coast. Meet dolphins, seals, and penguins up close in exciting animal encounters. Enjoy breathtaking marine life shows, Dive into the excitement with thrilling rides like Storm Coaster and Jet Rescue.

Later we have free time at Surfer's Paradise.

Day 5-Gold Coast – Cairns

Today we fly to Cairns – a paradise city in Queensland where the Rainforest meets the Reefs. Upon arrival we proceed to Kuranda Rainforest – world’s oldest living tropical Rainforest. Here we enjoy 7.5 km long scenic ride in Sky Rail Rainforest Cableway running above the Barron Gorge National Park full of lush green, rugged rainforest-clad mountains, gorges and tumbling waterfalls. We then enjoy Pamagirri Aboriginal Experience to discover authentic Indigenous Australian culture one of the oldest surviving cultures in the world.

Later we enjoy, Army duck tour – 45 minute amphibious WW11 Army Duck Rainforest tour at Rain Forestation Nature Park to see flora and fauna in their natural habitat.

Day 6-Cairns – Great Barrier Reef – Cairns

Today we have full day excursion to The Great Barrier Reef – one of the planet's most extraordinary natural wonders with 2300 km long coral reef system in Coral Sea, comprising of thousands of reefs and hundreds of islands made of soft and hard corals, is the only living organism that can be spotted from space. We take a catamaran to one of the islands of Great Barrier Reef and experience the world of colorful corals, fish and marine life through a Glass bottom boat or a Semi-Submersible. You also get a chance to enjoy adventure water sport activities like Snorkeling on your own.

Day 7-Cairns– Melbourne

Today we fly to Melbourne is one of the most liveable cities in the world. The city’s architecture evokes the Victorian Era and has a European feel to it, which is sure to both rejuvenate and amaze you at the same time.
Upon arrival we ride the historic City Circle Tram and get around Central Melbourne, seeing Docklands, the City Museum, the Princess Theatre, etc. We end our City Circle Tram ride at Federation Square, a bustling city square with an iconic structure. We then pass by The Atrium. Later we take a photo stop at Hosier Lane – a most iconic cobbled laneway known for street art and graffiti.

Day 8-Melbourne – Great Ocean Road - Melbourne

Today is the day we will cherish forever. We drive along one of the world’s most beautiful, stunning, and naturally maintained destinations – The Great Ocean Road. We get a unique opportunity to see the 12 Apostles, Shipwreck Coast, and Port Campbell National Park with a breath-taking helicopter ride, making us enjoy the rugged landscapes and endless sea views. Seeing these incredible limestone stacks from the ground level is a sight to behold, and you even get a unique perspective as you see them from the sky above.

Day 9-Melbourne – Philip Island – Melbourne

Whether you are a cricket fan or not, when in Melbourne you can’t resist visiting the historic and iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground. This 160-year-old stadium has been witness to so many records and celebrations. A behind-the-scenes tour of the MCG reveals more than 150 years of Australia’s sporting history. Explore the stadium's inner sanctum and walk on the divine turf.
Later we explore Melbourne city, we see St. Patrick Cathedral, Town Hall, and Parliament House, followed by a visit to the Fitzroy Garden, which is a Victorian-style garden dotted with ornamental lakes, pavilions, fountains, sculptures, and a huge number of trees. Stroll through the shaded promenades. The garden’s most appealing attraction is the actual 18th-century cottage where Australia’s discoverer, Captain James Cook, spent his childhood — Captain Cook’s Cottage.
In the evening, we proceed to Philip Island, home to the Fairy Penguins, the smallest of the penguin species, along with captivating coastlines and unique wildlife. See the little penguins in their natural habitat. Upon arrival, we witness the world famous Penguin Parade, where a large number of Fairy Penguins march up to their burrows. Experience the exciting and thrilling moments as you spot the first little penguins emerging from the sea and waddling along the Philip Island beach at dusk.

Day 10-Melbourne – Queenstown

Today we fly to Queenstown – a city that sits on the shores of the South Island’s Lake Wakatipu, set against the dramatic Southern Alps, renowned for adventure sports is the birthplace of bungee jumping.

Day 11-Queenstown – Milford Sound – Queenstown

Today we visit Milford sound – a UNESCO World Heritage site, is a stunning natural attraction in Fiordland National Park with its magical combination of mountain peaks, ink-dark waters and superb dramatic forest-clad cliffs. En route we see Te Anau Lake – largest glacial lake in southern New Zealand, Mirror Lakes – set of lakes with lovely reflections of the Earl Mountains lying just north to the Te Anau Lake, Knobs Flat, Cascade Creek, Lake Furgus, Holyford Valley Lookout, Monkey creek and Hummer Tunnel.
Upon arrival we embark on scenic Milford sound cruise and sail through mesmerizing landscapes of Fjord Land National Park to view vistas of Mitre Peak – one of the most photographed peaks in New Zealand. Later we stroll around Queenstown waterfront area.

Day 12-Queenstown

Today we visit bungee jumping point on Kawarau River and take a stroll around Arrow Town – historic gold mining town in the Otago region of the South Island of New Zealand. Later we board skyline gondola ride to visit Bob Peak which offers amazing view of Queenstown. Then we experience thrills of Jet Boat Ride in Kawarau River and take photo stop at backdrop of Lake Wakatipu.

Day 13-Queenstown – Christchurch

Today proceed to Christchurch – known as the Garden City because of its many beautiful parks, gardens and tree-lined streets. En route we visit Puzzling world – featuring a multi-level outdoor maze, optical illusion rooms and a cafe with table puzzles at Wanaka.
While continuing our journey to Christchurch, we pass by Lake Pukaki, we also take a photo stop at backdrop of Lake Tekapo, The Church of the good Shepard and Sheep Dog Statue.

Day14-Christchurch – Auckland

Today we explore Christchurch, we visit Willow Bank Wildlife Reserve which has public displays of various animal species including Tuatara, Kiwi, Brown Teal and Duvaucel's gecko.
Then we visit International Antarctic Centre to experience a taste of this unique continent and learn about the human impact on the wildlife as well as plant system of Antarctica. Here we get a chance to experience real snow, ice as well as an indoor Antarctic storm.
Later we fly to Auckland – a diverse, multicultural and cosmopolitan city, home to the largest Polynesian population in the world offering diverse landscapes, lush native rainforest, stunning beaches and natural wonders.

Day15-Auckland – Waitomo – Rotorua

Today we proceed to Rotorua – known for its bubbling mud pools, shooting geysers, natural hot springs and fascinating Maori culture.
En route we visit Waitomo Glowworm Caves – an ancient natural cave. Here we take a boat ride through the glowworm grotto, marvel at thousands of magical glowworms.
In the evening, we relax ourselves with Polynesian Spa – New Zealand’s original and iconic geothermal bathing experience

Day16-Rotorua

Today we enjoy the Maori show – Maori are the indigenous people of New Zealand Aotearoa, they perform traditional arts of Maori culture. Let’s experience Maori culture's close connection with nature and New Zealand, you can also click pictures with the performers. Later we visit a Te Puia / Whakarewarewa Thermal Reserve – showcasing bubbling mud pools, shooting geysers and natural hot springs. We then enjoy the Sheep Shearing Show at Agrodome – here you are introduced to 19 breeds of sheep and witness a live sheep shearing demonstration, you’ll learn the remarkable story of New Zealand and discover the full process of wool making.

Day17-Rotorua – Auckland – Departure

Today we proceed to Auckland. Upon arrival we see Harbour Bridge – an eight-lane motorway bridge over the Waitemata Harbour, Westhaven Marina – home to over 2,000 boats including privately owned yachts and launches making it one of the biggest marinas in the world, Queen Street – once a dirty canal leading out to sea, today is the heart of central business district (CBD) and a shopper’s paradise, Auckland Waterfront – a true gem in the Heart of the city. Then we visit the Auckland Sky Tower Observatory Deck – the tallest freestanding structure in the Southern Hemisphere, standing tall at 328 meters as an icon of Auckland's sky line for 20 years, enjoy the breath-taking views of the city.
Now it’s time to enjoy All black experience – where you learn what it takes to make, shape and be an All Black [National Rugby team of New Zealand].

Joining and Leaving (J&L) tour guests will leave the group after the scheduled program. If these guests have flight timing and airport same as per the schedule group, they can avail the airport transfers with the group. If not then, any transfer charges to reach their respective airport, cruise, rail, or bus terminal will be borne by the J&L guests.

Silver fly wings shall not be responsible for any incidence where client is not able to reach airport / Board the flight due to any reason of personal nature, Insufficient time duration in connecting flights or any other reason related with airline’s governance like – Delay in Flight, Change in timing / Overbooking by Airline or any other factor.
There are some monuments/areas, restricted for Vehicle entrance by the local authorities. In any such case, Vehicle will drop you till the nearest possible point and further arrangements will have to be managed by Client.
Any entrance fees, monument fees or any other activity charges, including but not limited to charges in relation to parking, transportation, tolls, taxes, camping, admission, meals etc. will not be included in the package until and unless so specified specially in inclusion section.
The above package may not be available with displayed price during Long Week- ends, National Holidays and Regional festivals. There is a probability of difference in cost, which will be specified at the time of communication.
The rates are subject to availability of hotel accommodation and sightseeing tours at the time of booking. We reserve the right to use an alternate hotel accommodation of an equal or higher standard. If we source a more expensive alternative, we reserve the right to re-quote based on the higher rates.
No refunds either in part or in full will be made for any unutilized service.
Sightseeing tours are strictly based on weather conditions and local service providers have the right to cancel the sightseeing tours without prior notice.

The rates are not valid on black-out dates

The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
All Hotels do not have tea/coffee making facility in room. The same differs hotel to Hotel and city to city.

Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, flood, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc to be paid by the client, which is directly payable on the spot.
Any increase intaxes orfuel price, leading to increase incost on surface transportation&land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure to be paid by guests
Package cost at quotation level is based on real time available seats. There may be a change in price depending upon the Occupancy level at the time of confirmation of Package. Any such change will be specified accordingly. We will not hold any services on confirmed basis until written acknowledgement from Client.
Cancellation policy is in line with the payment policy. The company cannot assume responsibility for any additional cost or any fees relating to the issuance and /or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangement not done through the company. The company reserves the rights to forfeit the booking deposit and any other actual expenses over and above booking deposit in case of any cancellation, including visa rejection.
Please Note: We do not have any direct control over third party services such as the Airline. In case of any Toll last minute flight cancellation or reschedule, we do not have any liability or responsibility for any financial, emotional or physical impact arising out of any cancellation or delay in these services. We, in our bestintent, will advise you and help you in such situations, however we cannot be held responsible in such conditions. In case of any connecting flights being effected due to a cancellation of the airline, we will liaison with the airline to provide you with the best suggested option, however if there are any charges applied by the airline, the customer will be responsible to clear the same.
